Pregnancy and Your Options

YOUR FIRST STEP

Take a minute to catch your breath and know that you’re not alone. We’re here to help.

Your first step is to find out if you are actually pregnant. A missed period is the most common indication but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re pregnant. Things like stress, a change in diet, or a change in exercise can all influence a woman’s cycle. To know for sure, you’ll need to take a pregnancy test. Sometimes, home pregnancy tests will provide invalid results, so it’s important to have a lab-quality, urine pregnancy test at Haven. Your pregnancy test is completely free and confidential and you will know your results right away.

If your test is positive, it’s important to have your pregnancy confirmed. We can provide a no-cost ultrasound to determine that it is a viable, intrauterine pregnancy. An ultrasound can tell you if your pregnancy is in the uterus, determine the gestational age and confirm cardiac activity.

Our friendly staff will help you navigate your next steps. No pressure, no stress, no drama… Just answers.

All calls, messages, and services are completely confidential.
